Lisa Strenke has served Cumberland Healthcare EMS since 2016 as an EMT and attained her Advanced EMT certification in 2019. During this time, Lisa has proven herself as an extremely compassionate caregiver and advocate for her patients.

Lisa demonstrates ownership in Cumberland Healthcare’s PRIDE values . She is known by her team to be a calm and attentive listener to both her patients and her peers; she mentors new staff, is always being willing to go the extra mile for her patients and team, and is willing to have difficult conversations, always staying focused on seeking to understand the perspective of others.

Lisa enjoys spending time with her growing family and runs/owns a non-profit organization that provides medical care, meals and education for hundreds in a rural village in Haiti.
