Wisconsin's Healthcare Emergency Readiness Coalitions (HERCs) are coordinating Wisconsin Week (April 28 - May 4, 2019) at the Center for Domestic Preparedness in Anniston, AL. Wisconsin Week is a time during which the Center for Domestic Preparedness offers courses ONLY to Wisconsin participants, and provides attendees an opportunity to train alongside fellow colleagues.

One of the three courses offered is Emergency Medical Operations for CBRNE Incidents, with first responders in EMS and Fire/Rescue being the target audience.  The course itself is four days long, and culminates in an integrated capstone exercise with a mass casualty incident scenario on the final day.  All training, travel, onsite lodging, and food is provided at no cost to attendees, the only thing not covered is your time.  You must attend on personal time or have your employer's permission to attend.  There are continuing education credits available for the course.  For more information, please visit https://cdp.dhs.gov/find-training/course/PER-267
