Stars of Life 2012
A Proud Moment: 2012 Stars of Life Presented with Honors and Individual Recognition
On September 19 the Professional Ambulance Association of Wisconsin honored 16 Stars of Life at the Annual Stars of Life Banquet in Green Bay. Stars represent the spirit and commitment of Wisconsin's top ambulance service professionals. Nominated by their respective employers, Stars are recognized for service above and beyond the call of duty, years of service, extraordinary bravery, commitment, skill, and dedication to their life-saving work and the communities in which they serve.
According to PAAW President Patrick Ryan, “The Stars of Life Celebration is a one of a kind event that honors the dedication of ambulance service professionals in Wisconsin - those remarkable individuals that stand out and represent excellence in every area of the industry.” The event marked the seventh consecutive year PAAW has produced the Stars of Life event and the third time it has been part of the opening night dinner at the Paramedic Systems of Wisconsin (PSOW) conference.
